More Fit Policies
Everyone will need to have a new registration form on file before this or her first visit back to the studio. You may complete the registration form when you first arrive to the studio or you can download and complete the form before arriving.
Due to the new structure of classes in order to meet the needs of all of our clients, our cancellation policy has been updated since March 13, 2020.
All cancellations and no-shows will be considered a “late cancel” and one of your class passes will be used. This applies to all packages other than the monthly unlimited package.
For those with the monthly unlimited package, a $10 fee will be charged to those who do not attend a class for which s/he registered or who cancel a class for which s/he was registered.
Thank you for understanding our need to update this policy to allow for the immediate sharing of links to virtual and at-home workouts and to accommodate for limited spaces available for classes at the studio.
If you preregister for a class that is cancelled, you will receive a phone call or text from a member of the More Fit team and you will not be charged for the class.
We’re proud to offer different packages to best fit your schedule.
When selecting your class package, please choose which works best for you – unlimited month, 10 classes in one month, 5 classes in one month, or just pay as you go with drop-in classes.
All packages expire one month from date of first use.
