Class Descriptions
A.B.C. = Arms. Booty. Core. This class is dedicated to toning and building strength where it counts! Each week, the exercises and techniques will vary to create strong and lean muscles. Treat your body to 45 minutes of the perfect motivation as you tighten and tone these target areas.
Bar and Bands: Get ready to grab a band AND raise the bar (literally) with Bar and Bands! This class will utilize the small loop bands and the weighted exercise bars to tone and tighten! Grab your tennis shoes and join us!
Body Blast and Hot Core: All you need is 45 minutes! This is a full body blast workout to build strength, endurance, and tone! We will be doing one minute of upper body work, one minute of lower body work, and 30 seconds of quicker movement. We will repeat the round 3 times. We end the last fifteen minutes of class with hot core and stretching!
Circuit Training: Circuit Training offers a dynamic full body workout. The quick pace will keep you engaged as you rotate through stations of strength, plyometric, and core training to target all major muscle groups. Cardio intervals will get your heart rate going and maximize calorie burn. Develop strength and stamina as you get More Fit!
Fit Barre: Fit Barre is a body-shaping class that blends weight training, Pilates core, ballet fundamentals, and stretching to deliver quick results. This workout utilizes non-impact, fat burning movements to tone the upper body, create narrow thighs, lift your seat and flatten your abdominals. Participants will notice improved strength, cardiovascular health, posture and flexibility. Class will take place bare foot or with grippy socks. No prior dance experience necessary. There is no prerequisite to this class. See you at the barre!
Fit Barre Express: Your favorite Fit Barre format, all in a 45-minute express version!
Muscle Up: With Muscle Up’s combination of interval training and circuit training, you will build lean muscle while kicking your metabolism into overdrive. This total-body athletic conditioning class will work all your major muscle groups while its quick pace keeps you engaged. You’re in control as you dial the intensity up or down during rounds that develop your strength and stamina.
Pilates: Pilates on the mat is a low impact class with major results. The class combines precise movements with controlled breath as you strengthen your body’s powerhouse. You’ll improve your strength, coordination, and balance from the core out as you shape flat abs, sleek arms, and a lifted seat. This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve posture and flexibility while building a long, lean frame.
Power Pilates: Power Pilates combines balance and control with strength and cardio to crank up the calorie burn. You'll combine precise movements with controlled breath as you strengthen your body’s powerhouse. You’ll improve your strength, coordination, and balance from the core out as you shape flat abs, sleek arms, and a lifted seat. Class will take place barefoot or with grippy socks.
Stretch and Tone: This class is great for all levels of fitness. It utilizes isometric, concentrated movements to help you gain lean, flexible muscles. A sequence of upper body exercises will target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back while sequences using the ballet barre, resistance bands, and/or gliders will focus on the thigh and seat muscles. Your core will be engaged throughout the class and then targeted at the end. You’ll tighten and tone your whole body, all while developing flexibility and balance. Your body will love you!
Strictly Strength: Strictly Strength gives you 45 minutes of full body strength and toning using weights and bands. This class is designed to help build strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.
Tabata: Kick your workout into high gear with Tabata, a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Each of the eight rounds consists of four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of maximum training and 10 seconds of rest. This 45-minute class is fast-paced and fun as you push yourself to your limit and burn major calories.
WERQ®: WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Each week a couple new routines are introduced, so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you’re learning.
Class Policies
All group fitness class options will allow you to use a regular class pass. Small group training sessions, including TRX, require separate registration.
